HOW WILL WE EVER TOP TURNING TEN !?!?

Next time you see Tater, you should ask him how turning 10 was. I can bet he will say; "It was Awesome!"
Last week we had a small party for him.  We took six other boys and Tater out for pizza. It was during the meal that surprise #1 took place, Tater's long time mentor Coach Jhun popped in for a visit!  Then we went to watch Bama Hockey's Crimson & White game and afterward we stopped by Krispy Kreme. What a wild and crazy night. I had to take some Excedrin but they all had a BLAST!  All of Tater's friends were very generous with the gifts and he really enjoyed all the money and gift cards he received.

On Labor Day, Mimi & Pop took Tater shopping for a hunting riffle, which they found.  I only know it is a Mossberg riffle and it will be used for deer hunting.  He was so excited.  With the gift cards he received he will purchase ammo and a shoulder strap.

His Daddy and I gave him a DS I and he used his gift cards to Target and Game Stop to purchase a new game for the Wii and an I-Tunes gift card.

Truthfully Tater was surprised to wake up yesterday with presents to open.  He received a stack of new books, a bag of Abercrombie & Fitch shirts, new underwear and some Star Wars Legos.  Check out Mimi's recycled wrapping.  The bow was made from subscription cards found in magazines.

Last night at football practice Mr. Coby and Kim dropped off a birthday card with money. After practice we went out to eat and BOY what a surprise he got at dinner!  We arrive for a late dinner and had the restaurant to ourselves, or so we thought... until in walked ....

Yeah that's Terry Grant #29 and Javier Arenas #28 . Tater was in his practice attire and cleats so what better way to talk football. Both men were very gracious and they really made Tater's birthday special, or in Tater's own words; "The BEST birthday ever, ever!" Oh and the food was really yummy too!

Then the title question was asked; "How will we ever top turning ten?"
The response; " We'll just have to wait and see. Do you think Coach Saban can pencil us in? We did name a dog after him."
